Whistleblowing Policy

Draft · subject to legal review Last updated 18 October 2026

In short: How to report wrongdoing safely and confidentially, without fear of retaliation.

Who can report

Employees, contractors, clients, suppliers and anyone else who sees possible wrongdoing connected to Trancemedia.

What to report

  • Fraud, bribery or corruption.
  • Breaches of law or of our policies.
  • Data or security breaches.
  • Danger to health and safety.
  • Harassment or discrimination.
  • Unethical use of AI or data.
  • Any attempt to hide the above.

How to report

  • Confidential email: To be added
  • Independent contact (outside management): To be added
  • You can report anonymously. Please give enough detail for us to investigate.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge your report within 7 days.
  • A person not involved in the matter investigates.
  • We tell you the outcome where we can, usually within 90 days.

Your protection

We keep your identity confidential. Anyone who retaliates against a person who reported in good faith will face disciplinary action. Knowingly false reports are also a disciplinary matter.
