What is not allowed
- Cash or gifts to win or keep business.
- “Facilitation payments” to speed up routine government actions.
- Hidden commissions or kickbacks.
- Gifts or hospitality during an active tender.
Gifts and hospitality
Small, occasional and modest courtesies are acceptable if they are open, recorded and could not influence a decision. Anything else needs written approval.
Partners and agents
We check partners before working with them and expect them to follow this policy.
Reporting
Report concerns through the Whistleblowing Policy. Breaches may lead to dismissal or termination of contracts.
